UV Accelerated Weathering Tester - TNG1024

The TNG1024 UV Accelerated Weathering Tester is designed to replicate the environmental conditions of sunlight, rain, and dew to accelerate the aging process of materials. The instrument uses UVA-340 fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate sunlight, while condensing humidity is employed to mimic rain and dew. Testing is conducted under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, with temperature ranging from ambient +10°C to 70°C and relative humidity between 75% and 95% RH. The tester supports standards including ASTM G154, ISO 11507, and ISO 4892-3, ensuring compliance with international colour fastness testing requirements. The unit is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel for durability and features a PLC control system with a touch screen display for precise operation. The tester includes eight 40 W UVA-340 lamps, each emitting a wavelength range of 295 to 365 nm, and the lamps have a service life of more than 1200 hours. The condensation temperature is maintained between 40°C and 60°C to ensure accurate simulation of real-world weathering effects.
