Privacy and data handling
This site runs on a small PHP application with a local SQLite database. It has no user accounts and no tracking or advertising scripts.
What the site stores
| Database | A local SQLite file stores the product catalogue and technical notes. It is not exposed over the web. |

| Visitor accounts | None. There is no registration or login for visitors. |
| Forms and submissions | No enquiry form is processed or stored by this site. Buttons open your email client or WhatsApp. |
| Enquiry form | Messages sent through the quotation form are stored in the site database and used only to answer your enquiry. They are not added to any mailing list and are not shared with third parties. |
| Analytics and advertising | Pages are measured with Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CZFZ0H2YJ4) to count visits and popular sections. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; no advertising or remarketing scripts are included. |
| Cookies | The administration area uses a session cookie. Public pages set no cookies of their own, but Google Analytics may set its own cookies (for example _ga) to distinguish visits. |
External resources
Three kinds of external request can occur:
- Web fonts. IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono are loaded from Google Fonts.
- Measurement. The Google tag is served from googletagmanager.com for Google Analytics 4.
- Direct contact links. Email, telephone and WhatsApp links open your own applications or wa.me.
Product images are served from this site only. If you contact us, the information you include is used to answer that enquiry and prepare a quotation. Write to info@tonny.hk to ask what we hold or request removal.
