Lab Pad Steam Range - TNG1079

The TNG1079 Lab Pad Steam Range is designed for conducting pad steam processes with saturated steam. It combines a padding mangle with two rollers and a steaming chamber capable of holding up to 6 meters of fabric. The system operates within a temperature range of 98 to 100°C, with a dwell time adjustable between 20 and 120 seconds. The padding rollers have a diameter of approximately 127 mm and a length of 300 mm, made from NBR rubber with a hardness of 70 ± 5 Shore A. The instrument supports testing procedures aligned with relevant standards, including ISO 6871-1 and ISO 6871-2. The steam generator is available as an optional component. The unit is powered by 220V 50Hz and has a length of 1450 mm. It ensures stable and repeatable results for sulfur and vat dyestuff applications.

Lab Pad Steam Range, a combination of padding mangle and steamer, is used to carry out all pad steam processes with saturated steam, offers the shortest time 4 seconds between padder and steaming chamber, to avoid disturbances and performs very good stability & repeatability on sulfur & vat dyestuff

Pad steam range consists of a padding mangle with two padding rollers, and a steaming chamber with a fabric holding capacity of 6m, temperature range of 98 ~ 100℃ for a dwell time of 20 ~ 120 seconds.
