Card Feeder - TNG1121

The TNG1121 Card Feeder is designed to automate the separation and feeding of various card-like materials into a conveyor system. It is suitable for handling products such as phone cards, game cards, greeting cards, tags, packaging bags, unfolded cartons, labels, and envelopes. The feeder can also process thicker items like folded leaflets, promotional materials, small brochures, and magazines. The instrument operates by using a belt transport system to move materials through a material tank, where they are separated and fed into a receiving container. The system is controlled by a PLC and features a touch screen interface for parameter settings. It supports automatic detection of faults, such as overlapping cards or missing cards, and includes functions for counting and sorting. The maximum speed is 80 m/min, with a standard card separation rate of 500 sheets per minute, which may vary based on card dimensions. The feeder can be integrated with packaging machines or used as a standalone unit. It complies with relevant industry standards and is designed for ease of operation and maintenance.

Card Feeder is used to automatically separate the whole stack of sheet, folded and original products, as single transport to conveyor.

The card feeder can suitable for products such as phone cards, game cards, greeting cards, tags, packaging bags, unfolded cartons, labels, envelopes, ect. Or it also can handle the thicker products, likes folded leaflets, promotional leaflets, small brochures, magazines, etc. To free the cards distribution work from heavy labor involved.

Card feeder could run with packaging machine or integrated into the main packaging machine, such as a flow wrapper, a vertical form-fill-seal machine, also equipped with missed products detection function, alternately feeding and preset loop random feeding function. Also, it can separate as dividing material counting, achieve product counting and sorting automation, reduce manpower, improve card distribution and separating efficiency.

Featuring in easy use and operation, just put the products into the material tank of the feeder, then the feeder will separate and feed them quickly into the target receiving container by triggering on demand, all the parameters can be set with the intuitive touch screen.
