Respiratory Resistance Tester - TNG1048

The TNG1048 Respiratory Resistance Tester is designed to evaluate the resistance to airflow during inhalation and exhalation for respirators and mask-type protective equipment. The instrument operates by measuring pressure differences across the facepiece while simulating breathing conditions. It is applicable to materials used in filtering facepiece respirators, including nonwoven fabrics and melt-blown layers. The tester supports testing according to GB2626-2006 and GB/T32610-2016. It features a flowmeter with a range of 0 L/min to 100 L/min and an accuracy of ±2%. The micro-pressure measuring range spans from -1000Pa to 1000Pa, with a micromanometer accuracy of 1Pa. The suction pumping capacity is not less than 100 L/min, and the ventilation rate is maintained at a constant 85 ± 1 L/min. The TNG1048 is suitable for use in national labor protective equipment inspection agencies and by mask manufacturers to ensure product compliance with relevant standards.
