Needle Flame Tester - TNG1072

The TNG1072 Needle Flame Tester is designed to evaluate the fire hazard of materials used in electrical and electronic products. The instrument uses a 0.9 mm diameter needle burner fueled by butane gas, which tilts at a 45-degree angle from the vertical. The test flame is applied to the specimen to determine whether it ignites or if burning is limited in duration or extent without spreading fire through flames or burning particles. The tester is suitable for assessing insulation and combustible materials. It complies with IEC 60695-11-5 and GB/T 5169.5. The device has dimensions of 1100 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 1300 mm in height. The burner has a flame height of 12 mm ± 1 mm and an adjustable angle of 20° to 45°. The tester is used to evaluate the response of materials to ignition sources and their potential to propagate fire.
