It operates using a circular blade with a diameter of 80mm and a pitch of 5mm, which ensures precise cuts. The machine is equipped with a cutting mat measuring 500*500mm, usable on both sides, providing a stable surface for sample preparation. The cutter has a maximum weight of 6 kg, making it lightweight and easy to handle. It supports cutting square-shaped specimens, though it is not suitable for round shapes. The device is compatible with various textile materials and adheres to standards such as ISO 139, ISO 12947, and ASTM D3941. The cutting process is facilitated by a bearing drive system, and the blade has a service life of one year.
